Pune Aera Manager (Mr maru)and Aundh Store Manager(Amol Jagtap) when they decide to remove any staff from organisation ( higher salary staff who work for more than 4 years) they issus warning mail agins staff, if staff give medical leave and provide all documents to company manager says thats not valid resons, and if any asking for valid reson to managers they tranfer staff to other locations and pressur to staff to resigns. and major factor any staff leave company its mins they deduct all store shortage from his salary. if you go to unicorn and ask old sales staff you will get same ansr. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
