Nothing good here, worst company, stressed environment.

There is nothing right in Unicommerce, manager doesn’t know anything he don’t know how to manage the teams, he only gives all facility to his favourites. Hr is also biased. No job security when they no longer need you, you will be thrown out. All the old employees have either fired or are themselves under stress and have left the job. Worst company ever in my life. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
