1. They will not give you any hike and then tell you, 'you can leave if you want to'. 2. If you take a stand for your self or your team, not just the manager but the whole management start targeting you and highlighting the minor escalations. They do this dedicatedly. 3. Dry promotions and compensate good work with more work is themantra. 4. Managers who actually are getting paid have no work life balance and expect the same from their team. 5. Overtime or weekend compensation is not there but lectures are, if you say no. 6. HR don't respond on general queries so do not expect any support or guidance in any scenario. 7. They can't keep the clients or the employees but higher mangement hasn't changed in over a decade cause who else would then deal with their tantrums. 8. Person with multiple escalations/complaints from colleagues gets promoted and the ones who compalined, gets to prepare timesheet of what they do during the office hours. 9. Promotions with good hike will be promised but low hike due to budget problems will be given. 10.
