Non-Committed and non-employee caring management. Not having any futuristic management. One can't believe in words of the management as they back from their words. Salary and expenses reimbursement is not in time. Not fair with their channel even. The local reputation of the management is also poor. Its known as LENA bank in Kolkata.

Dislikes

No team spirit. Zero training and career growth. No job security. No appraisal and salary not in time. Travel at your cost since reimbursement is never timely.

Work Details

Introduced company and products in the assigned region in a professional manner and appointed channel partners. But disbelief atribute of the management stopped growth of net-work.
