Job Security is the only good thing about the company (and which has become slow and steady poison for the organisation)

As I mentioned above about the job security is good in this company, but that thing has become poison for the company. People here are working on same set of instructions from 15-20 years on their role, they are not gaining new skills and has developed a strong status quo, why because they know that their job is secured (no matter what). Hence, no new learning, technology adoption and structured way of doing. Peer group which is a key aspect of individual’s career is so bad here, you’ll find majority of your team members above 40-45 who have spent their entire career on the same role and the company, so you won’t learn much from them and if you want bring any new change then one must have to face a hell lot of hurdles in their path. Not a great place for someone who wants to have a career, develop skill and get inspired to comeback the next day Payscale is below par, atleast 1/3 of induatry standard even in India

Highly toxic and torturing work culture, the senior management is involved in personal lifes of people and even interfere, life at township is like being treated like a third class citizen and in jail, you cant leave or enter colony after 11 and each time you need permission and need to inform where and with whom you going, why? Toomuch lobby, i get we face political dynamic everywhere but here management doesnt communicate effectively and doesnt support competentence. You dont feel valued but like a slave, and HR and Admin is a nightmare. I was highly appreciated by executive management but I wasnt even provided a desk to sit, lack of resources alongwith racial bias based on place of birth, linguistic, and more. No body is open to innovation that doesnt involve loopholes for corruption, at my exit interview the HR HoD answered all questions himself and even after acknowledging my contribution threatened me to keep me captive verbally...Read More
