There is nothing to like about this company. Unnecessary pressure on daily basis from morning 07:00 AM o'clock to till night.

Dislikes

24 Hrs of work day and night there will be no work life balance. Fake promises work culture was so pathetic. Politics is there from ground level to upper management. Upper management only taking rest and all the unnecessary work load Transfer to down the line. I repeat don't join in the name of Big Birla name with all the benefits. If you want to take risk then there will be no issue coz I joined with this big Birla name and I was wrong....Read More

So frustrating don't ever try to join UltraTech RMC if you want to grow in your life. 24hrs work policy and there will be no holiday I repeat there will be no holiday not even a single day. Worst company from other RMC players.
