Huge problem with working hour for project employees. There is no work life balance. Usually you have to stay upto 10 PM on daily basis. You will just go to office and come back to home for sleep only.

Without knowing the truth of the matter they ask to resign the employee if something has happened....L&T islye achi hai kyu ki vo chance deti hai khud ko batane k liye ki kya sach hai aur kya nhi.... Where as UTCL directly thrown out from the company which is very wrong but it affects on the person.
