Logics departments working employee behaviors very badly like we have some labors & HR department do not agreed for same so that time our working performance so badly & that department never grown to other person so we have didnt grown up. Without knowing the truth of the matter they ask to resign the employee if something has happened....L&T islye achi hai kyu ki vo chance deti hai khud ko batane k liye ki kya sach hai aur kya nhi.... Where as UTCL directly thrown out from the company which is very wrong but it affects on the person.
