Only job security till no safety violation by you or your team , everyone who have nothing to with violation directly.

Dislikes

Too much work load , 12 hrs without weekly off in shift and 24 hrs in general shift, normally 8.30 to 20.hrs . No promotion, fixed appraisal/increment. If you want to promotion, you have to change current unit following by 3 round of interview and you will not get any salary hike in same JB, what you will get only higher designation. 😉

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
