there is no proper team to lead and no job security. you can only work & can't grow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learned everything on the job. I got a chance to learn many things and helped me to grow within the same team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
