The work culture is great. The guidance and mentorship of the team from the manager to the founder is immense. Support in monthly targets and helping subordinates is the policy that upper management believes in. One can easily maintain their personal life (ofcourse by taking responsibility of KRAs). Leave and HR policy is quite supportive.

Dislikes

Despite all the good things, survival and growth are a point of concern. It depends either on continuous performance or luck.
