This is the 1st company for me. My career was started from this company so i never forget this work experience. I learned many things here. And also My Senior Officers was very friendly to me and teached so many things.

Here no compensation and no job security. These are only negative.

Actually now i the senior trainee engineer in my department, so i want to maintain my juniors. Day to day I'm learning new ideas. Layout inspection,supporting for ppap,customer and TQM audit,maintaining supplier when they visit my company for segregation

There is nothing good about the company everything is bad there is a lot of language barrier at least they cannot understand the Hindi and English even the supervisor and manager don’t know the English very discomforting work environment.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed in different to employee concerns. There were also significant safety issues that was unaddressed crating an uncomfortable work environment. Furthermore there was no skill development leaving employees feeling stressed in there roles.
