Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. There is nothing good about the company everything is bad there is a lot of language barrier at least they cannot understand the Hindi and English even the supervisor and manager don’t know the English very discomforting work environment.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed in different to employee concerns. There were also significant safety issues that was unaddressed crating an uncomfortable work environment. Furthermore there was no skill development leaving employees feeling stressed in there roles.
