It's a good platform for a new comer as GET. There are lot of things to learn. It's allow you to expose yourself & taking care of you. It's rigorously helped employees during this lockdown in terms of providing food, money, daily needs etc. They updated about your family too. It's been a great journey.

Dislikes

Being a Service Executive, handling personal needs got very challenging. Even after office hours, working hours extended. The evaluation of appraisal is not satisfactory even if you close to your target & allocated for different assignment.

I been working as Service Executive, responsible for Customer satisfaction for a Zone as well as improvement of the performance level of Scooter. There is field visit, OJT for understanding & helping Customer's Concern & verdict on products.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
