One good point is TVS gives opportunities to deaf & mute people.

The mostly I don't like people behaviour. They don't know how to give respect to a senior or junior. If someone comes from another state, here people boycott them.

Salary and incentives are best in the coutry i would say you can earn 100% of your salary as incentives every month Industry salary 100 in tvs you get 150 As attrition rate is too high

Toxic culture of old minded people. People negative mind-set. Culture is like that there's no luffing or enjoyment while working time. People's are badly maintaining Nort indian and South Indian Culture. Exam. Two different location canteen have two different types of food in the morning breakfast.
