Big big talks in words in the meetings 😂😂😂 when we are trying to execute what they told in the meetings (eg: strict in the audit,make the audit fail if proper documents not available) if we did the same you will get to know the correct picture 😅😅😅... Then after joining only they will disclose youabout a bond with 4 lakhs rs with 3 years service assurance for the training they provided ( actually for company purposes only they are giving training for that we have to pay or we have to sign bond) . If you agree for that... Done, you will become slave...if you break you have to pay the bond amount to the company or else they may not provide the relieving letter and experience letter. NOW BULK RECRUITMENT IS HAPPENING behind the screen BULK ATTRITION HAPPENED ALREADY.. company have to change their attitude towards employees.
