1. No work life balance. Not even one leave will get approved by manager. You will have to slog all year long, without any benefits. After long day at work, you still need to attend online meetings in the evening. 2. Daily 2 calls per day. Very risky business traving on 2 wheeler everywhere. But you will get allowance for single call only. Traveling allowance is 4rs/km. Not worth the Traveling. You will be forced to travel in the sun, rains, even if you are sick company doesn't care. 3. Offered salary vs actual salary is totally different. Employee is forced to sign a contractual bond. If bond is not completed by the employee, company is deducting it from the salary. Also during notice period, 3months salary is on hold. They say Full and final settlement will be done on 45th day of last working day… however it maygo upto 90 days at actual. At project you have to work at the site with no leaves even if you are having your leaves in balance you'll be denied to take leave by your mentor they just don't care.

1 - Salary will credit on last working day of every month. 2- Everyweek they conduct training classes to improve skills 3- As TUV Nord is one of the global leaders of TPI inspection, they are having all sort of static and rotary equipment fabrication projects.You can earn knowledge on all static and rotary equipment. 4- A personal mentor will allot you to clarify yours doubts during inspection.Your PCH( Profit centre head), Operation manager both are ASME Inspector Supervisor and ASME inspector respectively always there to solve professional issues and doubts. 5- If they feel you are a promising then they will offer certification and training ( After joining 3 months they offer IBR certification for me with a 3 year bond,but I rejected the offer as I am more into in- situ inspection) 6- They normally hire as a batch , then they will give you a 15 days training class , and for 3 inspection you will assist a senior inspector. 1- Very pathetic HR dept , They holded my salary at very first month due to HR induction programme yet to complete which neither personally informed nor officially mailed from the side of HR. 2-In efficient Accounts dept , once I paid less salary without any reason after repeated mails they accepted the mistake and gave an explanation an employee having same name of me took leave without informing authority,by mistake they debited money from my salary. and re-paid it after 2 weeks. 3- They will not consider whether the inspector having knowledge on a particular equipment or activity before allotting project, one of my colleagues was black listed from a site erection project due to his blunders in his inspection, actually he has only experience with fabrication projects ,no site erection and in- service inspection experience. Management allotted him for a site erection project. 4- Upto 60k they will provide good salary hike (10-15%),Once you reached the 60k threshold then the hike and all reduce drastically (4-7%). 5-They will cut your whole month OPE ( paid 275/day) if any complaint raised by client in your inspected product without any mercy. 6- If you are having CSWIP ,BGAS,API,ASNT level-3 certifications never choose TUV NORD, you will get underpaid and never valued. TUV Nord only values ASME inspectors and give good payment to them only. 7-They will give atleast 2 calls every day if you are working in man day inspection,and somedays it will be 3. 8- I was deputed at an erection site, I have to work whole week couple of times due to project completion pressure from the client.TUV claimed overtime from client and not even a single penny gave to me for working whole week.They deny Camp off also to adjust overtime.looted my whole sweat. 9- In between my father's health condition went bad and I forced to quit the job as I was worked at Pune but I am a native of Kerala ,I managed to complete 1 month notice period,as I am a permanent employee my notice period is 3 months , I requested them to relieve me early considering my situation and even plea and ready for purchasing 2 months notice period paying basic salary of two months still they deny . I lost 1 month salary ,2 months site expenses and I am not having relieving and experience certificate from them as well , now getting a job without all these documents is a hercules task for me, this is how TUV NORD treats their valuable employees during their difficult time....Read More

They will sell you to any client for their man month only. No one cares for you. Organisation cares for man month & attendance only. I was there for more than 1 year & I was deputed to client site project, no one from office has ever connected & ask for my well being. They only ask for monthly attendance sheet for their billing purposes.
