Dislikes

They put to much pressure even though your freshman. They also have 2 years bond system. I will not recommend this company to any fresher. They expect you work even after the office hours.

Friendly transparent work environment. Get to learn new things

Dislikes

Strict timing In and Out. Nobody is allowed to sit late unless there is a customer issue

Work Details

Worked in Java technologies along with good learning in Springboot and Hibernate. I got recognized for my work many a times. I was involved in creating a large online platform which was challenging and at the same time had lot of learning and experience

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
