I worked hard for 10 years in TKPL, when i joined work culture and HR policies was good but later on change in management all employee beneficial policies had cancelled and frame according to employer favor. which goes company direction in wrong direction

The company only hires for a limited period as short as 2mnths. If you didn't bring the results you're out, specially marketing. Rest its a very old company which has not evolved as per the needs of the market. So in short i would not suggest anyone to go for it as an option.
