There is a lot of politics and management doesn't solve issues being their short term tenure. Salary is ok but career growth is very slow. Basic HR function, openness & thought of inclusiveness is missing.

The merger of entities was handled very poorly from manpower perspective which is a sad part and that aspect handled very politically. Lot of ups and downs in future plans of company, late entrant in the market, looks not self-sustainable.
