There is no boundary in terms of what you can do if you are capable of, you can expect proper guidance and support which will help one to improve your skills to reach next level. I have joined as a QA Automation Engineer but have managed to learn new technologies and skills with the help of people around me and have served in various positions, one example which I can provide here is that I was not exposed to any client interactions before joining this company but now I can confidently handle clients and give a product Demo or handle POC etc. I can say that I have seen a growth in career after joining this company and this is mainly with the kind of work culture and support which I received from the company....Read More
