Everything. Due to management problems, site suffers. The BD is kind of worst who does not have any knowledge about his/her job. No security of job as well as salary. Site suffers due to wrong management decissions

First of all i like the HR policy of the head office and i like the advice dedication given by the higher management to move the project forward.

Dislikes

What i don't like is that higher management discuss regarding site work status updating directly with site engineers. This is my opinion leads to mismanagement of site discipline.

Good company, Salary in time mostly within 3rd or 4th Every month, Even in COVID situation no retrenchment and with full salary, Good office timing, good support from collogue or seniors, Mostly Bengalis people.
