100%job security, work culture -managers amd staff over 10years are unwilling to change, management is flexible , easily approachable , transparent and supportive, company policies are very good

Dislikes

Managers need ro update themselves. They don't so value addition to subordinate. They are toxic in their behavior

Overall experience has been more than average.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
