This box is way to big for a company like "Trysol Global Services" to write its Pros becoz clearly there isnt any one in this company.

Dislikes

This company has some serious issues with the operational structure. They don't adhere to proper working hours, with timmings varying form 8 to 6, 9 to 6.30 or 7 to 3 without consistency. There's a lack of proper traning and floor mentorship making it difficult to grow and succeed in your role. It seems like they dont know how to run their company properly. Instead of providing real opportunities they just bluff their way through. There clients are not genuine and they often send you to some random walk-ins when you ask for actual interviews.
