There is a lot of mismanagement and miscommunication. Salary is decent but career growth is slow, you won't see your calibre. Management can ask you to leave anytime they want. The job is okay! I got hired for some other role and they gave me other things to do as well. So I felt I did a lot of things there. It had both pros and cons to it. Team members are amazing. You would get to learn a lot from them.

I liked the most in Truworth is the safety and security system of the company as I am a female so this is the most important thing which I found in this company, the complete environment is very safe and secure from my juniors to my colleagues all are very supportive and helpful to me. I loved to work there and it’s proud to be a part of this company
