I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Management's stubbornness to not pay fix salary and giving salary to HR & Customer (who are again related to the promoter) support at the cost time and energy spent by the sales people and paying nothing to the sales people who puts all efforts to get in the revenue to the company.
