To be honest working in AIG has helped me in various ways.I learnt leadership skills,team work ,putting forward the ideas. As far as politics is concerned it is usual in all working places.. AIG is booming with spectacular innovations...So it’s giving an immense pleasure to work in such a huge organization...

The only cumbersome of AIG for me is traveling..As it is too far and will take couple of hours to travel ...

Lot of typist work data entry, Irritating nursing staff No respect for duty doctors Not even clinical admin respect their DMO No reasonable salary Corporate labour. No holidays they will say that we can use casual leave sick leave there will be comb offs also but we can't use them

Great exposure as high customer volumes. Opportunities to work with cross-functional teams.

Dislikes

Strict hierarchy. Managers are not involved in decision making operational meetings, strictly have to manage teams only and report to your Department HOD.

Hospital working hours is not good because 6 hours duty it will finish 7 hrs or 7½hrs some time 8 hrs also .and night duty 12 hrs duty time it will be 13½or some time 14 hrs aslo
