Nothing to like. Managers do not have clearity but busy in saving their own jobs or being Yes Man or Kissing *ss. Founder is full of arrogance. Hr would do what founders will do. Basically a LALA company. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

Company management would change in next 6-9 months time, as they have been acquired by fmcg giant. So there will be layoffs, join at your risk.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
