Just one of a Registered Pharmaceutical Company that having usual thinking for make money Million to Billion. No Positive thought with Employees from base to higher level. No Growth thoughts for management Heads. HR struggling for inforce policy with Management Head.

Waste of Sponsorship, Senior Representatives are enjoying Money in the name of Doctor's and Chemist Sponsor. Management supporting them also. HR tried for new executives month on month, selection process drastically worthless. No coordination from head to Managers and managers to executives.

Travelling through out month all the state booking rooms , bus tickets, or train tickets then no good meeting waste of work like meeting Doctor's is pathetic Doctor's waiting only for Sponsorship.
