This company sheltered me very well during the covid-19 pendemic. So job security is good, Although company can do lot of things to improve the work culture. Overall work culture is fine. This place is very easy going.

Firstly,As an employee of this company a one must expect employee meal or at-least employee refreshments which the company do not provide, nor there is a compensation for the same. Secondly, Company must come up with something like staff bonding excersise, they must reward every staff based on there performance. Company can take initiative for the staff to take them out on a culture and fun activities. Incentive distribution is not worth especially when there is no service charge....Read More
