What should I choose?

I'm a recent MCA graduate from JIS college of engineering kalyani, 2024, currently I'm a fresher and I also took education loan, emi starting from july, I'm not much skilled and currently I'm getting a sales and godown role job at triveni engineering (8hourjob). So should I take the job and prepare for technical role or leave the job. Please guide.

Company culture is not so good. Every credit and perks will be given to Higher Management irrespective of efforts made from middle management and lower management people. CGM of retro marketing doesn't allow the middle management people to travel and explore the market. He will take every opportunity to travel both domestic and international without allowing other team members to join.

This is a great place to work at if you are hard working and want a stable job. The salary can be decent if you are a localite. Plus most of the people are quite friendly.
