1. There's no work-life balance. Even after giving our best, they don't care. 2. Most employees faced salary cuts. 3. Promotions are based on politics. Komal from HR interferes with engineers and teams. 4. Job security is zero. They make us feel unworthy, and we constantly fear being fired. 5. Appreciation for work is rare. 6. Management is poor. 7. Only the employee who has project in hand to work , can use work from home facility. 8. If they don't have project in specific technology then they make you shift the technology and it affects on our profile ....Read More
