The person in the HR team is highly in secured about her job role. No proper handover of the work is given. Do not join in the HR team as the person pinpoints all the negative points to the micromanaging directors. The person the HR is designated as Assistant Manager and may be given the designation of manager after the appraisals but she is not more than a senior executive. No tools to work. Its an old age home. The designation of directors are only for the name sake. Their designation should be team leader. Pathetic micromanaging work culture.
