I love working in Tricog for the vision and mission of the Organisation. The other reasons are the management is open for new ideas, instantly implements the feedback from the customers, recognises the effort of employees, remain grateful for the employees. The compensation is good and the employees are able to learn and develop skills as they provide periodical training.

Dislikes

Work-Life Balance is a big concern due to travel schedule. Unhealthy blaming within the organisation between different teams due to poor Co-ordination in work. Management should find a way to improve the situation and keep all the teams and the employees organisation united.

Work Details

It is exciting to work on day-to-day basis, meeting customers in the market, promoting such an impacting solution saving lives. Co-ordination with the colleagues to get things done from them and reporting on daily activities to the superiors is difficulty

Dislikes

A lot of politics, one can not survive in the organisation based on his performance if he is not a politician . They hire and fire people. Non performers are promoted and good talent leaves the company after 6 months. They pay atleast 25% less than your market value.
