Employer’s Response

Pls be advised that we have not recruited freshers since Jan 2020(As Travel is affected due to corona). Further Since Travel Industry is washed out, hence we have no work & its hard to sustain the person. We have given everybody the option for sabbatical, till the Travel Industry bounce back however most of them choose to leave & we respect their decision.So if this causes the anger to vent out , we are sorry but unfortunately cannot help because of macro environment factors. We believe that this employee was put on PIP (Performance Improvement plan) ,since we give warnings only to those employees who are ZERO in performance & passing their time for the in the name of Job.
