I like the culture of the company and I got so much thing to learn there. There was no time boundation. You just have to complete your work. My work was there to traine the new agent come over the plateform of company and time to time sort out their problem and motivate them.

The best thing about working at TravelTriangle was the team I was working with. The colleagues were always helpful and great to work with. I learnt the work in a soothing environment without much pressure. Since this was my first job, I learnt a lot of things. However, in the later years, the work became stagnant. Appraisal was not that good and given on personal opinion basis. Good work was being given to selective people. Work-life balance was zero. Sometimes, we were forced to work on weekends.

I was working as a junior content writer at TravelTriangle. I had to write travel blogs, news, social copies for all the platforms, guest posts on travel. Refurbishing was a major project too.

Overall work experience was good. I like the the shorted working structure and there work enviroment was realy excellent.

Dislikes

Very dirty minded politics people is there just because of them other is having problem which is no one never liked and they looked performer people is behind no such feedback and discussion with employee those i realy not like

politics was there in every team. You cant trust your immediate manager as well, your ideas will not be passed on to senior authority and if it is done then credit will taken by your immediate manager. So a little advice: whatever u feel lyk can be improved talk directly to upper management. Salary compensation. i blv some ppl are working 1st time in their life on emails and google sheet and doing so they feel lyk they hv concuered the world. All together was good , obviously i have learned alot but few middle management has to realize that u hv to work not that u ll keep spending your entire time on making sheets....Common problem in TT... i m making sheet...either they are doing 1st time.
