As a budding startup it has given voice to all of us. We are encouraged to share bad news before the good news. Learning opportunities are many as there is no hiding of IP from developers. In fact some of the developers took advantage of openness and stole IP from the company. I think company places too much trust on employees. Good for employees but bad for the company....Read More

Dislikes

Salaries were reduced during COVID . Now they have restored and increased from previous levels. I dont know what was the problem with the organization but most employees did not like it. To be fair on company work time was also reduced with the reduction in salary.

I am working as app and software developer in TransportHub for more than 2 years. I have come as app developer and learned many technologies including frameworks and IoT.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
