Very bad time I faced of working in trans auto, they did'n given us the salary in the lockdown period nothing they did for us. Atlast we leave the company and return back to our homes.

Dislikes

Behavior of the manager and faculty is very bad with the people who is from outside Maharashtra they treat us like servants, they would not appreciate your talent or degree there, they need only work from us. If you have done btech engineering you have to work as a labour there.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. My overall experience is good while working in Trans Auto. Working culture is good there. I have experience cooperative nature while working because of the helping staff of the company.

Dislikes

Career growth is not very good. Salary increment is also not satisfactory. But Job security is good as compare to other companies.
