The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning As there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Worst in the trading industry for fresher. They will put you on probation period of 6 months where they never allow to take any leave, medical or causal. If you want leave then you have to re-sign and again you will not get paid for the period which you served before resign as you are on prohibition period.

The HR and their teams are useless and the manager are using very abusive language which automatically discourage you to work in the atmosphere.

On training it was good, but afterwards they don't know the customer or their employees, they are just worried about thier commission on trade for that if the. Customer dies they don't care.
