For me personally it was really satisfying working with TPVision. I got to learn a lot and got well promoted and appraised for my work each year. The work environment is very friendly and one can talk to anyone in the floor without any issue. Dislikes

Business is not doing great due to less marketing impact which eventually lead to cost cutting and alarming job security and less appraisals. Politics do exist in the company but is not so impactful.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
