Its payment system what they say they do not do. Many deduction which are hidden...performance pay which is very poor they will deduct 30% from your salary and not guaranteed of getting it after one year... Their accommodation is poor.

HOD/Head gives opportunity only to his favourite employees. In few cases 2-3 people from Balasore got P5 repeatedly for last 3 years by the same reporting officer. They get everything i.e- training at Bombay/delhi, quarterly award, every kind of certifications, inspection across India. Management needs to identify those & to have aproper check, if they genuinely deserve those performance rating. Few employees are making only ppt for Hod/ Head & get p5. Work culture is very good. Here all serious & organisation very supportive if you have any medical related issue.

Here the salary of freshers is more, the salary of people with 5 to 8 years experience is less than that of experienced people. We were hired by third party agencies, they said that we can provide you only this much, we also thought it is okay, it is Tata, let's join, after coming good, we saw that GET people are taking more salary than experienced people. Admin in Every Divisions are enjoying their Job. Behavior of Division Admins are getting worse. Management should start audit on admins Actual Bill Vs Bills Submitted by them. They are associated in many activities that I don't want to write here.

Being an erstwhile employee I want to say that the behavior of these admin need to polite as their job is to deal with Senior Employees.

Tata brand value and learning eticates is superb. Job security.

Dislikes

Middle Management is not good . There are giving rating on the basis of favouritism not on the basis of real deserving candidate.

salary is very poor, they disguise package's flexible and variables.
