Teammates are very friendly, you get the best on the job training. Career growth is not very fast , it's like cooking in a low flame, Slow but effective. There is a lot opportunity for travel (domestic,mainly depending on the region which you will take care) & also overseas for training/seminars/conferences. Work life balance is very good. Learning is immense as there is so much to learn each and every day. But it depends on how you accommodate in the company. It is very disciplined and timings are fixed. So, there is no room for you to take the work home or there is no concept of work from home. Overall it's a good company to get comfortable with the work culture and environment.
