For a fresher they offer lowest in the sector salary compared to their competitors. Very slow promotions. They have a retention policy of 4 year in which they deduct around 4-5k every month and no information regarding retention policy will be shared with you, all communications regarding retention will be verbal. Don’t expect any training, you will have to learn on your own from their previously made documents.
