There are most of all old employees and they are trying to harassh all time new employees, there is no teamwork and the director of the company is very bias

Work environment is very poor, very nasty politics is over there, everyone is busy to secure their job by blaming others

As a operations person u don't have social life. Timing is not fixed to end ur shift if ur in operations.
