It is good working at TIPL, we got good team mate in TIPL. Company has developed me to a good professional & i have got good career growth in TIPL. The management is cool & understand the peoples requirement & listen to them & provide you proper guidance. The travel policy is good as per medium scale industry. If you are working hard then you will be getting appraisal. Toxic environment to work, unnecessary stress and pressure creating on each employee. Company owner always torches to employees for business and money. Show good face to trape new people. Worst company for experiences. Company cheats after hiring. Got Great Place to Work by Fraud, Always try to cut the salary through multiple excuses. False promises and information provides on linked in.or other platforms. Indirectly forces to work after official time. Non cooperative sales team. Stingy culture for money. Too much low tour allowances. Completely toxic culture company, False promises and advertising, I don't recommend to any experienced person to join here.
