HOD Mr. Verma is dummy. Don't talk to ground level staff, don't care whether site is running or not. Never release any indent until 1000 reminders. All are doing job like govt. job. Mr. Shashi choudhary is a worst person I have ever seen. Just sitting in HO & Going to site visit just for drinking alcohol in hotel. Visiting site for name only. If any client is coming then he's the 1st person to ran away. After drinking, he call to any one and saying "mai ye kar kunga, mai wo kar dunga, shashi choudhary naam hai mera". Regarding appraisal, just 2-5%. Overall it's a good company if you don't want to learn anything and don't want much salary hike then definitely join. Senior positions don't join....Read More
