- There is no Job security, Job security is the most disappointed point in TOPSOE. - If any issue reported to HR, more preference given to whom who reported the issue whether she/he is only the main culprit. - No autonomous system in HR - No Job security for new hires. - No control of H R and Higher management. - If you are good in politics join it.
