It support moved to India, old employees trying to reach the highest post and not allowing qualified engineers to stay. They are not hiring the qualified candidates to maintain the monopoly. If they hire by mistake they will force you to resign by torturing mentally Office politics is on it's peak. No control of HR and higher Management They will not let you work and keep torturing mentally. Pathetic work place don't leave a good company for this company. It is hell due to politics. There could always be slight hiccup, but then we also need to be mature enough to handle this. Who knows that you will find better than this in the next workplace, if we plan to find a new employer, just due to the said hiccup, may be we get worse, then what? So, better is talk, grill and keep ego out. Still there can be some special individual scenario rarely, I agree, but then there are ways to change our way in Topsoe also, I have seen in many cases, ultimately leading to a win-win for all.
