To be honest, I have discovered so many skills that I didn't know I had until I joined Toppscholars, all thanks to the grooming sessions that they hold often. Work life balance is great and even at time when there is immense work pressure, team members are kind enough to back other.

Dislikes

If too much competition among the teams is a dislike then yes. But honestly, this has done nothing but in fact push me to learn and perform better.

Soon after I joined the organization, due to my good performance I got a salary hike. I was loving my time here, no space for negativity and such a supporting staff. I think these things are rare to find, if you looking for your first job you should definitely give Toppscholars a try.

What I really liked about this place is the fact that they are such good believers of teamwork. The leadership skills of the team leaders is commendable. The Moment you walk in you will feel the healthy environment in the air!
