1. Terrible office culture. 2. Will ask you to report before office hours and will ask you to stay for longer time. 3. No job security - can ask you to leave any point of time. 4. Unnecessary work pressure - despite of giving required output you'll be treated awfully 5. Micro manage ment at peaks - AVP calls you in conference room and tells to entire team not to party after office hours. Not with new joining or juniors atleast 6. They promise to give salary hike which is myth. 7. If you're a performer then you can't even resign, because they dont accept your resignation. 8. Team outings and all is again a myth. 9. You're asked to work on week offs also and if refuse to, then you're made to feel guilty about it. 10.
